THIS IS A FREE SERVICE OF SHREE KAMAKSHI SAUNSTHAN SHIRODA. NO ONE CAN CHARGE ANY SUM FOR IT.

Bit Info:

1. E-passes are available Only for devotees satisfying following criteria.
   1. Pregnant Women.
   2. Family with Infant.
   3. Noticeable health Condition restricting ability to function normally.
2. Pass will have to be generated in name of person who satisfy above category, in case of infant it has to be in name of either parent or Guardian.
3. Once Pass is generated in few minutes you will receive e-mail, tentatively confirming allotment of time and your booking ID for any future reference. (Check Spam folder)
4. Along with devotee 2 more person, including children above age of 2 will be granted access.
5. Slots for amavasya Passes will open 7 days in advance and will be available for booking up to 24 hrs before amavasya.
6. Any pass generated can be rescheduled up to 24 hrs in advance (links will be available in email sent to you), but none of the parameter of booking are editable.
7. Any passes can be cancelled up-to 12 hrs in advance (links will be available in email sent to you).
8. No person, under any circumstances can book more then one pass, since passes are limited. Any sign showing repeated booking will result in cancellation of all booked passes by you. (accordingly our privacy policy has been changed and notified on our home page)
9. Automatic confirmatory E-mail will be sent 10 hrs. before your time of darshan. Only after confirmatory mail is received, your pass status will be deemed confirmed. (Check Spam folder)
10. For any reason you do not "show up" for more then couple of occasions after booking (without cancellation) , system may block you for limited cool off period. That's the reason why we have allowed cancellation period up-to 12 hrs in advance. Beyond that, cancellation is not possible and software application will mark as "No Show".
11. W.E.F 8 Aug 2015 this service is launched on Beta Trial basis and used to evaluate feasibility.
12. Devasthan reserves right to amend, cancel or stop this service or cancel any passes issued if deem necessary for any reason.
